Contract Data Management Intern

As a Contract Data Management Intern, you will be responsible for assisting our Budapest based MSA (Material Stream Agreement) team in managing and maintaining our contract data quality. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of data-related projects, gaining hands-on experience with data management tools.

Key Accountabilities/ Execution:
- Acquire contract T&Cs expertise to support our global teams in the use of the in-house contract management tool.
- Perform administrative work to identify defects in our systems and initiate corrective measures
- Compare a large volume of data in different databases to ensure data accuracy
- Clean and transform data to meet the requirements of the assigned projects
- Coordinate with the financial, pricing, IT and customer service teams to resolve data inconsistencies
- Support in the preparation of user guidelines, training sessions and management presentations related to the assigned tasks
- Follow EHS rules and warn others to follow the rules, execute mandatory EHS trainings and immediately report the incidents and near misses as required
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Ongoing university studies in Business Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and MS Outlook
- Good knowledge of SQL and Python, with familiarity in data analysis and data querying
- Understanding of service contract execution is an advantage
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Fluent English is required
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and apply new approaches to problem-solving
- Team player attitude
- Self-starter, capable of working with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle repetitive/monotonous tasks when required
- Deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail
